REACH registration (EU)
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) is the central EU regulation for the safe use of chemical substances in cosmetics and technical applications. If the annual quantity per substance exceeds one tonne, manufacturers or importers must register with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). Below this limit, no registration is required.
We ensure that for quantities over one tonne, either we as a distributor or importer or the manufacturer (via an Only Prepresentative) have a valid REACH registration. At the same time, we offer you tested, REACH-compliant products and individually check which solutions we can provide for the cosmetics and technical sectors - reliably and in accordance with the law.
