Student assistant / Mini jobber (m/f/d): Sample Shipping

To support our team, we are currently looking for a reliable student assistant or mini-jobber(m/f/d) to manage our product samples.

Working hours:

• Approx. 8–10 hoursper week
• Spread over 2mornings (preferably Tuesday and Thursday)
• Short-termemployment possible

Your tasks:

Shipping productsamples, which includes:

• Storing samples
• Compiling and packaging product samples, including sample retrieval (weighing sample quantities)
• Preparing shipping documents
• Processing sample shipments via our CRM system
• Monitoring materials in the sample room and maintaining the sample room
• Inventory (1–2 times per year)

Your profile:

• Hygienic workingpractices are a basic requirement
• Reliable and careful working style
• Basic MS Officeskills (Outlook, Teams)
• Good written and spoken German and English
